COVID-19 has demonstrated the deficiencies of the Canadian health system.

Canadians, the elderly in particular, paid with their lives for the wilful negligence of some governments and privatising corporations posing as trustworthy health providers. The Green Party under Dimitri’s leadership will fundamentally change healthcare delivery with the new People’s Healthcare Service (PHS). The PHS will include dentistry, pharmacare, eldercare and mental health, among its 26 added components. It will ensure equitable salaries and improved working conditions for healthcare workers.
