The election of the new leader of the Party takes place electronically between the 26th of September and the 3rd of October. Your pledge shows your real intent to vote for Dimitri Lascaris and helps us understand the level of our support. This is not your actual vote.     As an Indigenous person, we know that our mother the Earth sustains us and can provide all that we need to live the good life. With the climate crisis, the Earth is sending us the message that no one, rich or poor, is exempt from the laws of nature, and believing that we are, and behaving as though our actions will have no consequences will make us all suffer. We need deep transformative change in all spheres of human activity. Dimitri has a comprehensive platform of actions that Canada needs to take to address this existential crisis.

    Grateful that Dimitri is willing to tackle corporate control that does not have the best interest of Canadians in mind. I am hoping he will help restore Canadian Agencies to being independent, including Health Canada. Telecoms have "captured" Health Canada, and preventing it from updating Safety Code 6, which is inaccurate and does not protect biological life in Canada, as it was intended. Safety Code 6 is used by the telecoms for their "sales" purposes.
